Helen is a highly experienced business leader with over 20 years building and leading high-performing teams. She most recently led the Recruitment Managed Services division within Commercial Services Group, building the service to over £200m in revenue and creating an innovative and disruptive joint venture operating model, which works in partnership with local authorities across the UK.

Helen specialises in people-based solutions, organisational design and development, and supporting customers to attract, develop, and retain their core talent.
