Julia Gregory is an experienced Chair and Non-Executive Director roles specialising in supporting local authority-owned companies to deliver strong commercial performance alongside clear public value.

She has held Chair and Non-Executive roles across a range of local authority-owned and place-based organisations, including Corserv Solutions, Gateway 14, Milton Keynes Development Partnership LLP, and This Land. Across these roles, she has worked at the interface of public sector governance and commercial delivery—helping organisations sharpen strategy, strengthen governance, and unlock sustainable growth.

In addition, Julia is Chair of the Greater Essex Business Board, where she works with business leaders, local authorities, and government to drive economic growth, inward investment, and productivity across the region, and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, where she contributes to board oversight, performance, and major programme delivery.
