An experienced CEO, Non-Executive Director, and Board Chair, Matt most recently worked as Group CEO of Commercial Services Group (CSG), the largest local government-owned commercial organisation in the UK. During his tenure, CSG rapidly grew to become a global organisation, generating over £850m in revenue, employing c2,000 staff, and supporting 22,000 customers globally.

Either through Frimley Associates or in formal NED capacities, Matt currently sits on the Boards of IDEX Consulting, Cappagh Capital, Corserv Solutions, Cornwall Airport, and Interventions Alliance, and continues to work as an M&A Advisor to Commercial Services Group
