Senior Associate, M&A

Nick is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, having built and managed a successful fund management firm, Beechbrook Capital. This was his focus for 15 years following an earlier career spanning 18 years in accountancy and banking.

Having stepped down from a full-time role with Beechbrook in 2022, Nick continues to work for the business as an Investment Committee Member; judging and supporting decision-making for both new investments and the existing portfolios.

Nick has acted as a board observer for Beechbrook’s funds across over 20 businesses. He also currently serves as a M&A Advisor for Commercial Services Group, and a Non-Executive Director for Squid Loyalty, a fast-growing Irish fintech business.
